Are grown by a man named Harley Matzel.....in NEW YORK CITY. I think he does some in warehouses....and some in New Yor State.
Each location has different growing factors. Water ...sunlight..etc...And the approach taken to attain good taste and "chi" (energy form the fresh wheatgrass.)
