It is amazing how such rideculos claims can be made for average greenhouse grass.True master growers dont divulge the makeup of there growing medium. This keeps true competators from getting an edge. You obviousley dont have the ability to take permaculture idiology into your, very below average growing mix. This growing methodology is much more labor intensive. It does however have great rewards.Higher consentraions of bioavaliable alkaline minerals. This can be proven through brixxe level testing, tray growing without brixxe testing is pointless! You call it premium,What is the brixxe leval of your greenhouse grass? You use one true soil augment, this is insufficient for maximizing nutrient density of the grass itself.Your rudimentery concepts are amuzeing to those seeking the best life has to offer.Peatmoss and perlite have no biological value to grasses. So how much of the seaweed kelp due you add to an idividual flat. Please forgive me for pointing out the weaknesses of your growing concepts. Then there is the issue of freshness, fresh is when you juice grass imediataly after cutting.Day old grass is not fit for human consumption.Liveing food is liveing, grass that has been cut is breaking down. Then there is the issue of the seed type used for growing. You use springwheat easy to grow and has the highest level of simple sugars. This is not the best seed for nutrient content. Then add inadequate growing medium and whalaa=greenhouse garbage! And then there is the issue of juice extraction, good, better and best.In order to maximize nutrient yield from the coarse fiber of grass the more crushing power the better. This crushing power inables the juicer to liberate the phytonutrients that are bound to the fiber.Hand cranked juicers are good at extraction if you are strong enough to use them properly.Single auger juicers are better extractors than hand cranked. But if your looking to maximize the nutrient yield only the steel augers of a trieterating juicer will do.Twin gear is the best technology availiable today.I have had the privaledge of growing wheatgrass from texas, oklahoma, kansas, and from canada. All hard red winter wheat, and barley as well.Growng grass is simple, growing nutrient dense grass is not. There is no premium in the commercial growin of grass. This is a simple truth that bothers the egos of greenhouse growers.Seeking the best life has to offer is not parasiticle or demeaning.A free flow of information is an inaliable right. This is a forum where different ideals and opinions about wheatgrass can be expressed. But let me clarify my personal opinion on wheatgrass/"comercial greenhouse".All comercial greenhouse grass is inferior, the focus is on buissness plan not maximizing nutrient potential!Greenhouse grass has its place in life. But not in mine,I demand higher quality and freshness, nothing more nothing less. The fact that you have 10,000.00 worth of fans is totaly irrelavant. One of many irrelavant statements with no purpose but to blow your own horn.Taking things personally is unwise and detracts from the purpose of this forum.
