The last crop of wheatgrass I grew here in Florida....it got really cold for several evenings...40's and 50's at night....TOOK an extra 4 days to reach a mature cutting height.....And the growing time amplified the Taste and "chi" of the wheatgrass.

That perhaps is why after 9 years we are constucting a "grow cube" that is air-conditioned and heated "climate control" !0,000 sq ft. And as luck will have it....my 5 acres are clealered and READY for my climate controlled buildings in the FUTURE.
