In my almost 60 years I have ....Cut hair on 53 and Madison in NYC...

Played music for 6 years professionally.....

Spent 16 years learning and becoming a classical hotel chef...and then consultant......

NEXT got out of the indoorsa and started a lawn care and landscapeing endeaver..15 years...

A friend with diabetes visited and asked if I grew fresh wheagrass????

Tried it twice and got "Hooked"...It put wind in my sails.....

And have been growing and putting wheagrass in bags...selling trays...and spreading the word...for the past 9 years ....7 days a week.....go figure.

My book will be available in 3 years..called ...

Wheatgrass wine ( a sweet and dry version) should be appearing nationally in the next few months. A local winery is useing my wheatgrass to produce it.

Plus the sweet version won a Bronze metal at the Internationl Wine Competion...over 1,580 OTHER wines form around the world were entered.

Again...go figure.
