Your story reminds me of my focus/mission/goal that I have been working on for about 12 weeks in a program--summarized like this or the consequences to me is social security which will be around but for others who knows.....: change now or change will change you...and will affect your financial freedom....speaking mainly to female audiences....as a woman I can relate to depending on my husband's seasonal business, sprinkler, the provides, but not for retirement years, etc.....around the corner....

growing tips/tricks:
Any tricks to growing or drinking the wheatgrass? Still haven't gotten myself to doing my then the growing unsuccessfully.

Here in CO nice weather and wondering if growing outside in a few patches may be nice for the home grower. All tips welcome.

Your other 60 year old half, but spring chicken for sure chalking that up to healthy eating/living for most of my life.
