Similar to parsley one of my favorite greens is good for enhancing digestion.Like most bitter herbs it relaxes smooth muscle tissues.Its history involves native american,hispanic tradition as well as chinese.It would be more cost effective to just eat parsley and its cousins found in local grocery stores.If you can get parsley root and all well thats just sweet.Hard to come buy here locally grown that is.Let your medicine be your food and your food be your medicine.Be wise be green be healthy,sprouts rule!
