idk what porridge is, is it like oatmeal? if so thats a great breakfast if you watch the portion size, splenda is not good, since it is an artificial sweetnet it will make you crave suger more, i use sugar free maple syrup in my oatmeal, u might try that, and i agree with the other person, u should try and put sum fruit in there, like dice up and apple and throw it into the oatmeal, leave on the peel for a fiber bonus, also try and git sum protein, from things like lean meat, i.e. canadaian bacon, it comes from the back of the pig so it has much less fat
