Green tea has 0 calories, 0 salt, 0 fat, 0 sugar, like any other tea. The only thing you will actually consume is a small amount of caffeine (about 20mg/cup) and some antioxidants, other minerals, etc.
The only 'green tea' that has stuff in it is the kind you buy premade, like Arizona iced tea, which has added sugar and flavors.
I would blame the facts on an error of translation. It is quite obvious that a cup of tea doesn't have the same amount of fat as a cheeseburger!
