not too many places in europe where you can get a good vacation time out now. we are very much on par with the U.S. as far as deadlines and profit and downsizing and multi merging conglomerates. we have the same faceless corporations here and everything boils down to dollars. if the U.S. sneezes; europe catches a cold.

as for nutrients etc. i believe that big business want to control their content so as to remove the nutrient from the nutrient or the good from the product. that then maintains the need for corrective medication. classic example is table salt. salt was a part of the staple diet of mankind since mankind began, because it supplied us with minerals. big business has processed all the good out of it.

big pharma have a controlling interest in all food production. we eat their food, we become unhealthy.... we buy their pills..... we die.

i have been unwell of late with stomach ailments, which i was told would need surgery etc etc, but having started taking w.g again have lost all the aches and pains, lethargy is gone.... all in the space of one month.

bye the way, most people in my city don't know who their neibhbours are and we have the highest cocaine usage per capita in europe and at least one murder per week. petrol costs about 6 euro per gallon. we are all brothers in the united states of big corpa.
