my my wheatenergy. i could almost sense the veins popping out of your head when you were writing last message. first of all i would not consider you or your views to be ignorant. i suppose the grass is always greener on the other side.

years ago their were laws in place to prevent big coparations from monopolizing their markets, now we have corpas who have a stranglehold in many different sectors and people don't seem to care so long as they can hold onto their material lusts.

the media has instilled so much crap into the minds of people that they now are in a position to tell you what to think. its a bit like a modern version of the catholic churches inquizitions in the 16th century. if you spoke out against, you were burned at the stake( after the torture of course). basically they culled the population of free thinkers. now you are a terrorist if you speak out against war in iraq, an anarchist if you speak out against anything. and so people are afraid
of just about everything.

one thing i noticed when i lived in CA was the lack of real information in the news.
it was all fear induced then followed with a half hour of mindless crap about what some celeb was going to have for dinner. and don't get me wrong, i had the time of my life living there. the people are great, they just don't get supplied with an accurate picture of what is really going on in little unimportant places like the rest of the world.

i think we have passed the point of no return. the damage is done and continuing to be done at an accelerated rate. to halt the demise of the peoples and the planets health is a pipe dream at this point. how do you stop the system. countless billions would have to be culled and i'm talking people here. maybe then a new system on food production, health management etc could be worked out.

did you know that in the immediate aftermath of 9/11 the average temperature in the u.s. rose by 5C, which was linked directly to the fact that all flights were cancelled. so in essence, the exhaust fumes from planes are masking the true effects of global warming. true or false.... you decide.
