I would guess that since you are not growing in a conventional way the addition of the LIQUID kelp (processed liquid) would get it's most benifial resul;ts from adding it ASAP to your grow cycle.

As long as you are using NATURAL defused SUNLIGHT.....

INSTAED of ARTIFICIAL grow lights.....

Even using no Amenedments at all wouldstill give your a God given substance for Cleansening ...Healing ...rejuvination and ENERGY!

ANYTHING artificial (man made) is as not benificial as Mother Nature.
