I started juicing about 3 months ago. I mix carrots beets parsley apples pinnapple ginger tomatoes potatoes celery ect every day. Once a day 16 oz. I found the frozen wheatgrass juice just a few days ago at the Coop and have been adding one cube to my mixture daily. Is there a better way? Should the wheetgrass juice be separate? Does it matter?
I just did a search and read about the frozen juice and will probably use this up and move on to fresh. Thanks for the info on that!
