Perhaps one person out of a billion may have a reaction to the myceal mold(3 varieties are here in Florida ) None are pathagenic (technally harmful) there are ALWAYS exceptions to a rule...and MOST people start to detox and blame it on anything they can....mostly the people who work in a drugstore.
Yes atip would be not to oversoak your berries(seeds)....and make sure that the first two days after planting they get plenty of LIGHT watering....throw the mister out and use a simple garden sprayer.
After two days CHECK your moisture level in a few trays....too much , not enough ()dry to the touch() if they are dry to the touch beneath the immediate surface ...I will be your germination is sparce....and YOU will blame the seeds.
After a try or two you will reach the just enough moisture level...in the cooler months...heat and humidity WITHOUT GOOD VENTALTION will put your crops down quickly....
ROT your roots and form the mold you do not need....QUICKLY.

ps...Buy a strong fan....for Static air flow and MOLD reduction. And add some extra perlite to your grow mix ..throw out the mold inhibitor stuff...but keep the seaweed.
