The Kamut is very mild tasting compared the other grasses I grow (especially barley-now that's bitter). It is slightly sweet and goes down easy. Kamut berries are about 3 times the size of my hard spring wheat seed, so I use about 2 1/2 cups of seed per tray (21" by 10.5") which yields about 32oz of juice (more than twice the yield I've gotten from other Kamut suppliers I've used in the passed). I only do one harvest on a tray, so you would get more juice if you do multiple cuttings.
