Different inputs, different outputs.
The outdoor grown wheatgrass has 50% more chlorophyll, a 6x deeper root system, absolutely no simple sugars and a nice slow growth cycle which is only 1/10th the speed of the greenhouse grasses and of course has no detectable molds.
I know our juice is fantastic, but would not have said it was 2x as effective. Thank you for your input.
Again, I don't intend to add additional responses because it takes away from the real message of the thread which is:

It has been our experience that everyone who will respond, does respond at the 10 fl. oz. level per day. It has also been our experience that many people have very favorable responses with much smaller amounts. That said, everyone is unique and setting an arbitrary maximum of 10 fl. oz. amount is intended to ensure that no one is left behind.
The first thing you should do is make a mental checkpoint of exactly where you stand. How do you feel, are you sleeping well, is your energy good, etc. Changes from wheatgrass juice are so smooth and comfortable that this will help you realize the breadth of the improvement.
In starting a program looking to seriously change the trajectory of your health, we suggest this amount (10 fl. oz. per day) for 60 days. If you have access to any objective measure (blood work, cholesterol test, a blood pressure machine, glucometer, live blood cell analysis, etc.) pay attention to it. It is always up to you to be your own best observer. After 60 days, re-evaluate yourself against your initial checkpoint and decide what to do. Essentially, good nutrition becomes part of your bones and tissues and your body always has the ability to extract as needed. After 60 days, you should have filled up the nutritional reserves of your body. Your job is really just to keep the tanks full and you may be able to do this with a reduced amount.
For others doing all the right things and using the wheatgrass juice like a living multi-vitamin we suggest 1 -2 fl. oz. per day under 40 and 2 - 4 fl. oz. per day over 40.
Regardless of what you decide to do, you can also achieve synergy by making great decisions at the grocery store. Here is a link to a suggested food list with a little background information on maintaining pH balance:

This of course has no extra cost in time or money and at the end of the day, has to form the backbone of any good health plan.
