The unfortunate reality in the wheatgrass juice world is that many growing environments are unsuitable and promote mold growth. When molds are present, they can cause adverse reactions. In our experience, the reaction that you read above is most likely caused by molds releasing something called mycotoxins. Mycotoxins are known to be particularly unusual as the reactions vary widely from individual to individual.
