This is MY first time ever hearing .....
About anyone getting itchy from drinking wheatgrass, I have been a commercial provider of FRESH wheatgrass for the past 10 years.

Allergenic people break out in HIVES and then have a rather hard time breathing.

Tip>>>Skip the O.J. with the fRESH shot of wheatgrass./ The live active enzimes are destroyed by the Citric Acid.

An Hour before or an hour after is when youdrink...Lemonade, organge juice etc.
