Always have fruit and fresh veggies in the refrigerator. The easiest to handle as in no prep work for fruits would be cherries, grapes, plums, nectarines, bananas and oranges. I don't know if canteloupe is still available where you are, but I like to cut them up into bite size pieces and keep in ziplocks. I keep celery sticks, carrot sticks (or the mini carrots) and cucumber sticks ready to have with some homemade, low calorie dip/dressing. Whip up some cottage cheese, plain, low-fat yogurt and low calorie mayo with seasonings you like. It really makes things easier when you are armed with these things always handy
