Yes it is healthy as long as it is labeled "100% juice." 1/2 cup of 100% juice counts as 1 serving of fruit. If you're trying to lose weight though, it is good to eat actual whole fresh fruits and vegetables since it contains fiber and eating high fiber foods fills you up quicker and you won't get as hungry as fast.
