I am currently listening to The Moola Mantra my Deva Premal.
I find that it really helps me unwind when I want to relax, which is great to do whilst detoxing.
Its important to listen to the right kind of music to fit whatever it is you are doing, I like to keep a huge selection of tracks on my mp4 player so that I can have something with the appropriate rythems to accompany me regardless of whatever I am doing.
