Hello fellow Wheatgrass lovers.

I have started drinking wheatgrass several years ago and am greatly convinced of its benefits to our health.

The problem for me always was the availability of wheatgrass in certain areas! Either you drive a long distance to get it (But you cant really pile up a lot of Wheatgrass for several weeks) or grow it yourself. I have been very dissatisfied with the results of the home grow trays and hand juicing.

Therefore I am seriously contemplating starting a wheatgrass growing and juicing business.

Still my business plan has a lot of holes, the most glaring one is how to approve with the FDA since they require wheatgrass juice to be pasteurized. Wouldn't a pasteurization of the juice kill all the beneficial enzymes etc?

Is there a way to conserve the vast majority of the benefits of wheatgrass so it can be bottled and stored in the fridge for 1-2 weeks?


I am also thinking of putting a manual together on how to get the best results for all the users to see.
