Well not just eating healthy but exercising to, situps and crunches will shrink your stop and do some cardio. Do situps and crunches like i would say about 50 sets of each maybe like 3 times in a week and do stationary bike or running 4 or 5 times a week. I weighed 250 in august now i weight 178 because i exercised 4-5 times a week i at 3 meals a day and i counted cals. He was my trick for 6 days of the week stay of away from fast food and soda and for 1 day during the week say like a friday pick that day as your fat day meaning eat anything you want just don't overdue like have that as your reward for eating better healthier. Add more juices instead of soda, drink lots of water. Again only eat fast food and soda once a week as your fat day. Cut out the snacks you eat but pick healther snacks and eat smaller if you need a snack at night like pretzels, popcorn light on butter, something like that. Buy some small little cups of fruit or real fruit or yogurt and use that as snacks trust me once you get in a routine for about a month it will be easier. Personally i did not notice myself losing weight till like the 3 or 4 month. Its takes dedication and motivation without you have nothing also use an ipod with your favorite types of music that helps me get going to workout 4-5 times a week goodluck!
