Freshwheatgrass juice to my knowledge should not be injested an hour before or after with any Citris Juice....Lemon...Lime or Orange juice(although some of the juice bars give a slice or a glass of orange juice with the shot. I have been informed that the acid kills the live active enziomes that are a catalist of the powers of the FRESH wheatgrass.....any takers on that one?,
