That is why I buy my custom mix...Canadian PEAT and Perlite for airation from a company called FAFARD....located in Canada. So also my Food grade sea kelp comes from Nova Scotia. The norwegian kelp is a little cheaper ....but 12 out of 12 people tolds me why testing it on a few trays.....That the flavor was pecular....The differnce between the two companies is that the norwegian company HANDLES their product more. When the peat arrives here in florida the machine that tumbles it from the boxcar(highly compressed) is PRISTINE and has not touched fertalizers or insecticides or fugacides that are put into many of the custom mixes.///////////////////In Canada you get plenty of sunlight but it is not intense....so I do understand wanting to fortify with artificial lighting. I do not like telling you to FREEEZE your fresh juice....but sitting in the refrigerator is not at all good for the long run. Fresh wheatgrass juice is very unique...and will spoil quickly. As I imagine you notice the taste difference after a few days.
