Kamut is a wonderful wheat....But there is a patent on it...which I belive is due to run out soon. Then it will not be pricey and the masses will be enjoying it.....Barley is good....but most people find it difficult to get down because of the bitterness.....BUT>>>>BITTER IS BETTER>>>Since I grow wheatgrass my preference is FRESH WHEATGRASS JUICE...of course.
