The juicer is a twin gear, and I do have some faoming issues with it. I find that if I add a dribble of olive oil at regular intervals while juiceing the foam is greatly reduced, and there's no harm in a little extra virgin olive oil in your juice!

I found the kamut to have a milder flavor than the hard spring wheat. From what I've read, the nutritional profile on Kamut blows regular juice out of the water. That's the main reason I want to grow it. I just got my new kamut berries in from a different supplier, and they are growing as poorly as the old ones. I think I may have to modify my technique for kamut. I'm not sure where to start though.
