Where doe one Start?

Wheatgrass is packed full of nutrients that are of great benefit to your health. Where does one start when talking about the nutrient content and benefits of wheatgrass juice? Wheatgrass contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino-acids (used to build proteins) and large amounts of chlorophyll.

Wheatgrass consists of 70% chlorophyll. This is significant because chlorophyll is very similar in structure to Haemoglobin. Haemoglobin plays a vital part in our red blood cells functionality, enabling the blood to carry oxygen to the different parts of the body, chlorophyll is very similar in structure to Haemoglobin. Because of this chlorophyll is often know as “the blood of plant life” and as such the high levels of chlorophyll found in wheatgrass can be easily absorbed by our bodies and used to rebuild the blood.
