That has been my preference for the past 9 years. Less yeild(peaks at 5-7 inches) where the hard red winter variety peaks at 7-10. Try it and you decide if the flavor is better or not. I buy 50 bags at a time....and the price per bag just increased by $1.oo per bag! But then what has'nt? Stay GREEN and BE Healthy...eat WELL also!
