Hi my name is Larry. I am 58 years old. I weigh 155ibs. I started running 3 1/2 years ago. I run 6 miles a day. I'm also vegan. I think according to me the wheat grass is very good for the health,the other thing that should be healthful in to this is that while you running at that time the heart is are running so fastly.
