working out
hi there folks,
newbie here, i'm gonna start growing wheatgrass and aside from the benefits listed, has anyone done wieght training whilst drinking the grass juice, and what were the benefits,did it replace whey protien or other suppliments, i understand exercise and healthy eatingwill give and keep results but just wondered about the more heavy lifting side of thimgs. anyway, thanx for reading, all info will be appreciated, and look forward to sharing with you all the experience. cheers mick |

does anybody come on here?? ever???
it seems its only wheatgrass guy and some derek dude on here does anybody know of a forum where folks can share imformation and growing experiences......i.e recipies for juicing,any benefits you've had over time ect ect. i'll wait for replies with extreme intrepidation |

I think in the number of occasion the main thing is that the wheat grass is very helpful in the working out time the main thing is that in the wheat grass juice in this a syndrome are added,That's why it is more beneficial after the work out.
