UPS ground ...arrives next day..Except The Florida Keys and The Panhandle (2days). Stay GREEN and BE Healthy! ps. Over a pound each bags of fresh cut wheatgrass( we sell trays too of course)are $15.oo.....if you buy 5 or more bags the price per bags is $11.oo.
