What are the benefits?

I am yet to start taking wheatgrass, but I am wondering what are the benefits and what changes will i see after taking it?

Yes it does help you health wise, but it doesnt have the best taste.
Most people find it tastes quite bitter

ya i've tried wheatgrass and don't much like the taste. I like it for the energy boost. Its a pretty unique substance, found naturally just like marijuana! lol

Personally i didnt find that wheatgrass gave me an energy boost. I found it was more like slow release energy that makes me feel more awake during the day rather than a burst like sugar gives you.

ya but sugar isnt good for you, i guess after a shot of the grass i just feel all refreshed, idk its hard to explain!

As stated no it doesnt give you an instant boost. Its not a drug!
It gives long term benefits however.

as stated it does KINDA give you a boost bct, have you started taking it yet? I feel really energized after taking it, all refreshed. Its awesome!

My 2 cents...when I take wheatgrass, my TMJ (TemperoMandibularJoint) disease -fancy word for arthritis in the jaw-does not hurt AT ALL ever, and when I dont it does. also, since my wife has been religiously juicing it for me morning and night, my energy has gone through the roof. Its been about 3 weeks now, and i'm confident further benefits will manifest over time.

How long until it kicks in? I think I must be detoxifying right now, I have only been taking it every second day or so for about 2 weeks now, until I get more pots to grow it faster.....

Each persons metabolics and matabolism are different(body chemestry).
