Apple Juice, how healthy?
Who knows about the benefits of apple juice? I know its high in some vitamins, but which ones? I have a glass of this every morning with my cereal (Apple Jacks) and am just wondering what its exactly good for, it tastes great!

Yes, I believe motts is one of the added sugar ones that was proven to add sugar. It says 100 percent apple juice but can you really beleive it. For me it is too sweet tasting to have exactly no added sugar. I cant beleive that it has zero added sugars, maybe just some that they dont put on the back.

Yes it is healthy as long as it is labeled "100% juice." 1/2 cup of 100% juice counts as 1 serving of fruit. If you're trying to lose weight though, it is good to eat actual whole fresh fruits and vegetables since it contains fiber and eating high fiber foods fills you up quicker and you won't get as hungry as fast.

Never go for bottled apple juice. anyway some preservatives will be there. Go for handmade apple juice. That is really healthy.
