for anyone who can't take the grass on it's own
, try putting a bit of ginger root into the juicer half way through. it gives it a bit of a zing. stops the grass from repeating on you too.beats diluting the juice in a juice if you know what i mean |

Getting some FOOD GRADE Peppermint oil...and either put some on your wrist ...the aroma will twist your mind away from the fresh wheatgrass smell(your are either still high in acid...or have toxins that must fluch out of your boy if the smell id disturbing..it will pass way as you get "clean").
Or put just a drop on your tounge...sometimes it helps. Wintergreen is an alternative...but is very castic. so be careful...or spearmint... As a chef I always Cook with my nose! And taste things later. |
