Newbie Question

I started juicing about 3 months ago. I mix carrots beets parsley apples pinnapple ginger tomatoes potatoes celery ect every day. Once a day 16 oz. I found the frozen wheatgrass juice just a few days ago at the Coop and have been adding one cube to my mixture daily. Is there a better way? Should the wheetgrass juice be separate? Does it matter?
I just did a search and read about the frozen juice and will probably use this up and move on to fresh. Thanks for the info on that!

REMEMBER that live active enszimes are destroyed by Citric acids.....

ONE of the main reasons you are going to be drinking FRESH JUICE!.....

FREEZE fried powdered ...or FROZEN or pasturizsed (cooked) do not do it to it!!!

Drink all the orange , lemon, grapefruit etc you like...ONE hour before or after you ingest the FRESH WHEATGRASS JUICE!
