Nice sharing.
I also love green leaf vegetables. I mostly eat fresh salads with every meal because i think there are many natural vitamins and much iron in all vegetables. We should eat maximum green leaf veges.

It does not matter if you put your food waste into compost bin or garbage, did you know that you can grow many of your favorite fruits or vegetables from those scraps. In fact, unless your compost is very well matured you will find stray vegetable plants appear, where you drop the compost.
