Friend anyone knows when google change their algorithms ?

Friend so anyone knows when google change their algorithms on search engine like panda,content farm ,changing ranking positions etc.

I heard that Google changed its algorithm on a quarterly basis or every three months. I can imagine, sometimes changing a lot and sometimes just to make tweeks. The body does not know exactly what Google is cause they keep it tight enough, you probably will never know what changed or what the algorithm, but I do not update it every three months.
