Question Does anyone else ITCH?

Hello Wheatgrass lovers~!....I have been consuming shots at a local Jamba Juice for the past 3 weeks. One shot of the Wheatgrass and a separate shot of Mega Green Tea with OJ. I was fine for the first few weeks...feeling great and energized..not exactly sure which one was giving me the extra energy?..but felt GREAT cause I was doing something better for myself then visiting Starbucks!..lol..

ANYWAY...this week was different...and I even asked at Jamba Juice employee the question..."has anyone else said they have been itching when consuming the wheatgrass shots?"...they looked at me like I was the first to ever bring it up.
I then laughed and said ..."hmm...maybe I just have a case of dry skin?"

I purchased GOLDBOND and AVEENO lotion products and applied to see which one would stop the itching...neither one worked. And by the way the only area I itch is my torso area below my chest all the way down and around my abdomen and sides of my waist....seems as though to me it is something inside me not my skin causing me to scratch ..and it is worse at night wake up scratching in my sleep!!

I read a few posts about MOLD~!..and it concerns me...does Jamba Juice use old trays of Wheatgrass with possibly mold present on them?....or did I just develop a grass allergy?

If anyone can help me understand this as I really wanted to continue doing wheatgrass because of all the health benefits...but now I am scared to take another shot~...it has been 3 days now without consuming wheatgrass and I am still itching...wonder how long it takes to be out of your system do you know?

???

This is MY first time ever hearing .....

About anyone getting itchy from drinking wheatgrass, I have been a commercial provider of FRESH wheatgrass for the past 10 years.

Allergenic people break out in HIVES and then have a rather hard time breathing.

Tip>>>Skip the O.J. with the fRESH shot of wheatgrass./ The live active enzimes are destroyed by the Citric Acid.

An Hour before or an hour after is when youdrink...Lemonade, organge juice etc.

Thanks for replying on my question. It is 3am and I awoke still itching and had to get online to see if anyone responded. I found your site by searching the word itching and wheatgrass and there was some posts on the subject of mold or allergies causing it. I will see my doctor tomorrow and continue trying to figure out why I itch?....

To stop your itching I would.........

TRY putting some pure raw organic coconut oil on your affected area.

Eat three tables spoons a day for a week and then skip a day and do it agin.

Coconut oil eliviate worms and PARASITES for the body.

You are what you eat!

THANKS!!
[size="4"]Actually I have been eating SUSHI at various restaurants when I vacationed in Hawaii last month...who knows???...
But even if I haven't... I did look this up that you wrote about and heck...everyone should be taking coconut oil to keep parasites and worms out of our bodies...

I don't itch as much as I did after last weeks Wheatgrass at Jamba's...who knows really now if it was that?....

Thanks again for replying.
Have a nice day!...I will definetly write back after I try the Coconut Oil!:

Soaps and detergents will leave a residue on the fabric. Perhaps this residue is what is irritating your skin. If you toss a cup full of white vinegar into the final rinse cycle then the acid causes the soaps to release from the fabric. The fibers will be soft and you will not need any "fabric softener". No your clothes will not smell like a pickle. Vinegar has no smell when it has dried.
