home grown Wheatgrass tea

I have just started growing Wheatgrass and the juicer is on the way I was curious if you can make tea from the fresh homegrown Wheatgrass. Can I dry it then chop it up and put it water then drain? I read that it can't be hot due to destroying nutritional values. Any feed back is welcome. Thank you!
