Does Decaffeinated tea have Caffeine?

You may wonder why a decaffeinated tea would have any caffeine in it
at, but most do. “It is important to note that even decaffeinated teas
contain small amounts of caffeine (typically 5mg to 10mg depending on
the type of tea and method of decaffeination). Only herbal and fruit
teas are completely free of caffeine (the notable exception being
yerba mate).”

I don't know that decaffeinated tea also has caffeine. As you say that this is only 5mg or 10mg so do you think that this is harmful to health or it will not effect. I will prefer to use pure green tea which have zero caffeine percentage.
