Sprouting Wheatgrass Seeds

Hi All,

In your opinions what are the ten most important perimeters when sprouting wheatgrass seeds i.e.

Temperature,
Humidity,
Water temperature,
Air Movement,
Water frequency,
pH & EC levels of water,
Type of water
Seed positions,
Medium used,
Seed selection,
Lighting type & time and when to place in light?

If you could reply in a type of list format where 1 is the most critical to sprouting success, like the following;

(Just example)
1: Water temperature
2: Seed positions,
3 Etc….

And so on.

Any information on Wheatgrass sprouting or others pieces of information that you feel are important to no when sprouting then please add where applicable,
