Growing wheatgrass indoors

Hi All,

New to these forums here, this is exactly what I've been looking for! A place filled with healthy wise individuals

I am also new to this wheatgrass as well, so this is shockingly good info!

So I am moving out of home into an apartment. Can I grow this purely indoors or does it require some time outdoors as well?

well i just read another thread that said growing wheatgrass indoors is not nearly as effective as growing outdoors in the sun. makes sense..

is there much benefit when consuming wheatgrass juice from a purely indoor crop?

or will i have to find some local growers

of using artificial light is always there. Butt the results will not benifit the reason you are growing FRESH live wheatgrass for juiceing.

Nor will the pasturized Amazon jungle favorites that are now distributed in our country.

Frozen....FREEZE dried or Powdered does NOT have an exception.

FRESH is FRESH...Dead food is like the FAST way of Microwaving....it KILLS every vitamin ..mineral~~~ AND NUTRIMENT~~~~(THE REASON TO EAT FOOD) during the first~~~~~~~5-7 SECONDS that the Alfa , betta, theta and GAMMA waves do their destruction. And then it changes the molecular structure of the food.

I am in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada.

Maybe getting an apartment with a small deck would work as there may be a bit of sun. Or grow it at my friends house in the back yard.
Or I could go to my local organic foods shop and ask them if they know any local wheat grass growers. Wish me luck!!
