How many times can you regrow the wheatgrass?

I understand that after you harvest the grass you can water it again and let it grow for another harvest. I have heard that it looses its nutritiona value after you re-grow it a lot. My question is: How many times is to many to regrow the grass?

Realize that>>>>>>>>>>

The first growth the SEEDS and the ROOTS are working on the Fresh wheatgrass!

BUT the second cutting ONLY the roots are working.

So yes you are MISSING many of the components nessary to enjoy the full benifits of the wheatgrass.

REMEMBER~~~~ "You may purchase OATS before they go INTO the horse....

Or you may buy they AFTER they come out of the horse"......

What YOU get or have in your HAND are two different items!

Look at it like this, you only have a limited space that you plant your trays in.

If you've ever grown wheatgrass and dumped the tray out after it's been harvested you'll see a mess of roots. There isn't much left for those roots to soak in.

Now if you grew it outside, I wouldn't be surprised if you could have many yields out of one space.

You are absolutely right that if we have enough yield and space then we regrow periodically and whenever we need. I have grew wheat-grass indoors at home which give me a happiness that i have healthier soil on my plants.

Well, when I first started growing. I had that same question, so I harvested it once and regrow it a second time. The juice from that was less of a yield and and pretty bitter, compared to the first batch. So I would say 2 yields is the max and even at that it's not very good :P

As my point of view ,You are actually appropriate that if we accept abundant crop and amplitude again we regrow periodically and whenever we need. I accept grew wheat-grass central at home which accord me a beatitude that i accept convalescent clay on my plants.

I actually joined eWheatgrass because of this very argument. I am just now soaking my first batch of seeds so I have no knowledge base to argue for or against harvesting the wheatgrass multiple times. I am reading a 50-50 split but it seems as though most people who grow it themselves are against harvesting multiple crops from the same tray. I am curious if anyone has come across any scientific research or analysis of the second crop compared to the first crop, any input is appreciated.

I'd just grow it once, if you want to grow it again give it to your animals
