My Name is AJ and recently have been told the benefits of wheatgrass. Today i have purchased a wheatgrass cocktail drink from Holland & Barrett (UK). Has anyone tired it before or is there a better way of talking wheatgrass

Hi AJJ, I have not tried the wheatgrass cocktail from Holland. The best kind is home made of course! I would suggest you buy some good quality wheatgrass seeds and some dirt and start growing. Plus it's a lot cheaper
