with her portion, then add the milk in the
morning.

microwave often, as most breakfast foods can be

8. Allow your kids to eat in the car or
on the way to school.

breakfast, even leftovers from supper if they
are sufficient. You can eat bagels, pizza with
fruit juice, pretzels, or the normal bacon and
eggs that breakfast is known for. Most foods are
a snap to prepare, and won't take you but a
few minutes.

remember that you are probably about to skip the

You can also cook some turkey burgers the night before, zap in the microwave to warm in the morning, And also you get up in the morning, you rush to get ready for work, you rush out the door without a breakfast.

I use soy protein powder, but whey works well too. Mix with low fat milk or soy milk, some frozen blueberries, and perhaps some almond butter or oatmeal. It may seem strange, but it's actually pretty good and quite filling. A flaxseed some ground works well too.

Well here is my Breakfast :- 2 boild eggs , some peanut butter on toasts and some bananas . i know a breakfast should be simple and healthy . Dont try to fullup your stomach in the morning . well u guys doing fine . Thanks

I have a healthy idea of breakfast. You can eat bread jam with egg and eat as you like but if you drink fresh fruit juice with your food it will be good for you as well as your health. It gives you more energy. I also drink fruit juice with bread jam and egg in the morning.

porridge is good..but it depends on what kind of porridge..keep a fruit with you.....any kind that you can eat at around eleven..that'll balance your meal up nicely..also drink lotsa water..
