Hi Guys...

I have believed that if you want to be healthy you not only need quality food but also need regular exercise which you can either at home or Gym .

Exercise prevent you from diseases, help in weight losand weight managment and better sleep. Exercise make you happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out. Regular physical activity can even help prevent depression and high blood pressure. Exercise help in burn calories.

There are lots of way to increase you health and fitness but for that you need to do lots of hardwork for that. You can also do some of common tips like,
- Taking a walk at lunch
- Using the stairs instead of the lift
- Walking instead of driving to the local store
- Getting off a stop earlier on the bus or train
- Swimming at the local pool with your friends or family
