fo sure those, wheatgrass, dairy is also very good for you. But as we all know, grains are the most essential so do you think they heal, or just nourish?

I beleive its dairy. It has much calicum and some protein as well. Its helps your muscles, bone and blood. Its not as much for growth and movement but it does help making everything strong.

Well.. I'm gonna have to disagree with you on this one.

From my personal knowledge & talking with some health experts, most dairy is unhealthy for you.

A very healthy form of dairy would be kefir made from natural organic kefir grains & organic unpastuerized milk.

Milk at the grocery stores is pastuerized (which is considered very unhealthy) plus the milk is from cows injected with steroids & fed grains as opposed to grass.

The number of benefits wheatgrass has.... I would personally say that WG juice is the best healing food. Juicing veggies also has great benefits, but if you read up on WG I believe 12 Lbs of WG juic is equivalent to 350 lbs of other veggies, so you might as well just taking a few ounces of WG juice as opposed to several cups of veggie juice.

There's also different foods said to heal diff things. Such as milk thistle for the liver, detox tea for detoxification, garlic for blood & liver etc etc.

But you can't argue against fruits & veggies in someones diet, certaintly a good start.

Your saying wheat is the most healthy food out there. I have always thought wheat, and other carb filled foods to be unhealthy if you eat it alot and make it the main part of your diet.

Pokrchamp is right on...milk is unhealthy for you. Contrary to what most people believe there is new evidence coming out, in fact some studies suggest that milk does not even provide the body with calcium in which it can use. Wheat grass / barely grass is definitely one of the most nutritious juices out there.

Very True!.......

Milk CAUSES mucus and conjestion......

We are the ONLY animal that seeks milk from another sourse after being weaned from the mother's milk(natures finest).

Also poepl fighting cancer and other cronic problems OMIT Dairy and MEAT! The protiens of the sort are supposed top feed the problem. Someone told me recently about a study saying the protien in eggs also contribute....but I am not buying that right now...although it may be true.

The need for some mine craft slow healing effect or food or beds, or healing. Have half the heart that is missing is irritating, but also gradually improve the food would be useful to recover from a secure base.

My best friend Luci died in January of cancer. She was 18 and two months. I think about her all the time and poetry is a really good way to try to get across how it really feels for me.

I try really hard to articulate the feelings of being so close to someone who has cancer because im sure many of you would know that when someone you love has cancer you feel like you have it too.

You feel every hit of chemo, you cry every tear, you take every bit of news with the same painful blow. At least we have each other and don't have to go through it alone like some of the kids i saw in the chemo ward with no friends around.

Anyway Luc died in summer and this was written two days before her stroke which was caused by the cancer and killed her in less than a week. So this is the best i can say of how it feels to be right in the middle of the swirling, whirling, head turning chaos of cancer.

The foods you eat have a powerful influence on health. Healing foods can be any type of food that you eat that make you feel better physically or mentally. Think about the foods that make you feel stronger and healthier.

For me there is a quite lengthy list as healing foods.
Heart friendly healing foods- apple, garlic, egg whites, soy food, oats, sunflower seeds
Constipation- banana, vegetables, corn, almond
Apart from that I prefer ayurvedic healing foods like lassi, ghee, mung bean, water etc.
But the suitability of these healing foods may differ from person to person due to various factors like, personal choice, allergies etc.
