Wheatgrass powder

I've been using a tablespoon of wheatgrass powder for the last few months.
Lately it has been upsetting my stomach.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
Should I switch to something else?

I would imagine that even the FREEZ DRIED powdered wheatgrass suppliment does detox the body to a certain extant. So more than likely you injested something(food or drink or medication) that has a level of toxicitdy....Switch to fresh wheatgrass juice and FEEL the difference.

He got some points. Maybe it is also the other foods you are taking after taking wheatgrass. Analise what you are eating when you feel that upset your stomach. Maybe it is not just because of the wheatgrass powder.

I think that the wheatgrass doesn't have to do with your upset stomach. Wheatgrass is high in fiber and it helps in the regularization of your bowel movement but doesn't give you an upset stomach. =) I hope I was able to help!
