How much wheatgrass juice should I take?
For many adults, one to two ounces of wheatgrass juice per day offers very effective routine maintenance of good health. One ounce is nutritionally equivalent to over two pounds of vegetables.

Drinking 8 ounces in the morning and another 8 ounces in the later part of the day...I must stress with a CHANGE of diet(no dairy or meat) for 4 months....can be a positive cure for MANY chronic problems. It's a DRILL and difficult.
But not to be ambutory or living in a bed or wheelchair while the modern REMEDIES are used until the side effects take their toll ....OR plainly the money runs out. Let's say that at 61 I like to get around all by myself as much as possible....that includes visiting the Grandbaby's(2). The stradagy is stay away from FAST FOODS and throw away the microwave. Never eat Margerine....dairy represents Flem and mucus(Almond milk is my favorite! Moderation of all meat eating if you must do that. and TRY to get hormone free and antibiotic and steroid free Meats(Organic). How much should you consume....or how much fresh wheatgrass juice CAN you consume... EVERYONE is different. Some can not do it...the smell& taste drive them away! Most times because the person is so VERY toxic! If you do purge (throw up) A vomit from the juice is Cleanseing the Bile of your stomach of toxic matter. It more than likely will noy occur the next time you indulge the juice....most people say after an hour or so they NOTICE they are feeling better than ever! Just like most people IGNORE the value of a GOOD colon cleanse! Dead Fecal matter can effect the immune system and your energystamina and Focus! Wake up >>>You are what you eat!
