Mixing Wheatgrass with other Juices?

I juice daily with my GreenStar juicer. I juice wheatgrass (if I have some on hand that I have grown) along with any of the usual veggies I juice and I always add a red delicious apple for flavor

O Red delicious are great...Have you tried the Yellow apple varites I think they are called "Washington" apples or something like that. Anyways those are extra good for juicing.

Speaking of mixing wheatgrass with other veggies and fruits, here's my latest addiction! I haven't been able to stop drinking these!

slice em, dice em, squeeze em and drink it down!

1. medium beet
1. medium green apple
1. medium cucumber
1. large lime
1. double shot of fresh wheatgrass

Sounds like a great recipe I will definetly try it! I can only image the energy it gives you when you drink two of those a day ...Heck of a lot more than just orange juice. Does the juice taste tangy with the lime added to it?

Freshwheatgrass juice to my knowledge should not be injested an hour before or after with any Citris Juice....Lemon...Lime or Orange juice(although some of the juice bars give a slice or a glass of orange juice with the shot. I have been informed that the acid kills the live active enziomes that are a catalist of the powers of the FRESH wheatgrass.....any takers on that one?,

I once red that nothing should be injested within an hour of drinking wheatgrass in order to maximize the benefits.

Routine is applied often.

But the people who should really be drinkinking the juice to improve their chronic problems are so toxic that when the FRESH wheatgrass hits the bile in their stomach they purge(throw up)!

So many of them put down the idea of using FRESH wheatgrass juice to heal their problems.

Shame.

Very often the purge occurs only once and then the body id ready to work with the FRESH wheatgrass.

The winners drink the juice and change their diets and throw their micro waves in the garbage.

The losers simply get back to their doctor and more drugs loaded with side effects.

SHAME!
